We can manufacture or resharpen Carbide or HSS tooling as follows:

High Performance Drills

• End geometry as conventional gash, split point, radius gash w/profile grind or cam relief on drill points.  
• Fluting can be straight or spiral.
• OD can be straight, tapered, or made as a multi-step drill with profile or cam relief on form.
• Drills can be made with coolant holes.
• We also resharpen specialty drill points as Hertels, Sandvik Delta, and Sumitiomo.
• Large HSS drills up to 2-1/2" in diameter.  

Carbide or HSS End Mills

• End geometry as flat bottom, angular, corner chamfer, corner radius, or full radius (Ball End).
• Flute geometry can be made straight, spiral with regular or irregular spacing in right or left hand.
• Diameters can be made straight, multi-step, or angular with P.D. taper profile or eccentric relief.
• We also resharpen HSS/Carbide shell mills, roughers and larger diameter end mills.
